As an RAC Mobile Mechanic in the Service, Maintenance and Repair division, you’ll bring expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to our customers, wherever they are. You’ll be working on a variety of vehicles. You’ll be joining a team of highly skilled Mobile Vehicle Technicians. You’ll be providing a first-class service to our members. What you’ll do: Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair to a high standard. Accurately diagnose faults, using your diagnostic skills and equipment. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring our members are kept informed throughout the process. Complete all required paperwork and administration accurately. Maintain your mobile workshop, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well-equipped. Work within health and safety guidelines at all times. What you’ll need: A relevant, recognised, and industry-accepted formal qualification in light vehicle maintenance and repair (e.g., City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). A full, valid UK driving licence. Experience in vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repair. Strong diagnostic skills. Excellent customer service skills. Good communication skills.
