Mobile Vehicle Technician - Gloucester

A competitive base salary of £38,625, with on-target earnings of up to £50,000 A guaranteed overtime option to increase your base salary to £44,385, plus additional overtime and bonus opportunities 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30am to 5pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays. As an RAC Mobile Mechanic in the Service, Maintenance and Repair division, you’ll bring expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to our customers, wherever they are. What you’ll do: Provide a great customer experience whilst attending breakdowns and carrying out repairs. Diagnose and repair a wide range of mechanical and electrical faults on customer vehicles. Work efficiently and to a high standard, ensuring all work meets the required quality standards. Proactively look for opportunities to promote additional services and products. Keep up to date with the latest vehicle technology and repair techniques. What you’ll need: A relevant, recognised, automotive qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). A full, valid UK driving licence. Experience in vehicle diagnostics and repair. Excellent communication and customer service skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
