Mobile Service Engineer

1. Conduct maintenance and repairs on AWP/EWP and Material Handling products, both in the field and in the workshop.
2. Address warranty issues promptly and communicate effectively about any repair limitations.
3. Travel as necessary to various sites to support our AWP/EWP customer base throughout the region.
4. Provide feedback on product improvements and design changes for products and services.
5. Be prepared to travel internationally to support business operations in other Southeast Asian countries, ensuring consistent service standards and customer satisfaction across the regional market.

Requirements

1. Experience as a Service Engineer in the mechanical or a related industry.
2. A valid driver's license and demonstrate flexibility to travel internationally as required.
3. Strong understanding of customer dynamics and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
4. Fluent in both written and spoken English.
5. Permanent work rights in Singapore.
