About Us: Fleet Healthcare is a mobile healthcare service provider, servicing all suburbs across Sydney. We provide Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Podiatry, Massage Therapy, Chiropractic and Dietetics to individuals in the comfort and convenience of their home or location of choice. We work with all different types of clients from varying backgrounds. Our primary client demographics are; elderly people; and people with disabilities. About the Role: We have an incredible opportunity for a Mobile Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a Mobile Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to clients in their homes or workplaces. This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and make a real difference in their lives. Key Responsibilities: • Provide occupational therapy services to clients in their homes or workplaces, including assessments, interventions and goal setting. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and treatment plans. • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and evidence-based research. • Contribute to the development of new programs and services that meet the needs of our clients. • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and improve client outcomes. • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of service delivery. • Other duties as required. About You: We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives. You will have a strong foundation in occupational therapy principles and practices, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). • Strong foundation in occupational therapy principles and practices. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. • Ability to travel to clients' homes or workplaces. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. • Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. • Ability to participate in professional development opportunities. • Ability to work collaboratively with the team. • Ability to contribute to quality improvement initiatives. • Ability to work in a mobile healthcare setting.
