Job description
We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, Monday to Friday from 3:30 p.m to midnight. Reporting to the team leader, the mobile equipment mechanic is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and refurbishing various equipment while regularly reporting to their team leader.
What you’re responsible for:
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections on mobile equipment (conveyors, crushers, shredders, vibrating tables, hydraulic systems, and presses)
- Perform visual inspections and carry out preventive maintenance according to schedules
- Replace defective parts and make necessary repairs
- Ensure that equipment operates safely and in accordance with company standards
