Mobile Equipment Coordinator (F)
Job description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate mechanical maintenance work on mobile equipment (corrective and preventive);
- Monitor maintenance work performed and take corrective actions as needed;
- Provide technical support to maintenance teams for diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues (e.g. finding parts, documentation, advice, methods of work, etc);
- Collaborate with operations to plan and prioritize work and equipment downtime;
- Manage spare part requests and inventory of maintenance materials (reviewing minimums and maximums);
- Manage and develop equipment maintenance programs;
- Participate in setting up and maintaining safe working methods;
- Get involved in workplace health and safety actions;
- Identify potential for improvement to implement on equipment (continuous improvement/equipment reliability);
- Ensure asset management and development (spare parts, documentation, PM);
- Coordinate work and monitor external contractors;
- Perform all other related tasks.
