Mobile Engineer

Key Responsibilities: • MDM Administration: Manage and administer Mobile Device Management solutions including Intune and MobileIron. E.g., Administer and maintain Ivanti MobileIron On-Premises environment to perform Server upgrades, Certificate renewals, monthly cleanup, performing iOS and Android version validations and regular monitoring and basic activities on ABM and KME portals. Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune to ensure smooth operations. • Troubleshooting: Provide advanced troubleshooting for mobile devices, including iOS and Android devices, using various tools and techniques. Identify and resolve technical issues related to mobile device management, configuration, and deployment. • Mobile Application Development: Develop and deploy mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms using various development frameworks and tools. • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Product Management, and Marketing, to ensure successful project outcomes. • Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices with team members on mobile device management, configuration, and deployment techniques.
