Job Description We are looking for an Outside School Hours Care Mobile Coordinator to support our services in Canberra. This Permanent Part-Time position will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and families within our OSHC services. About the Role: * As the Mobile Coordinator, you will provide support to our teams across Canberra * You will ensure that quality programs are delivered * You will assist with staffing requirements, including recruitment and induction * You will assist with ensuring that the services operate in line with the National Quality Standards * This role would ideally suit someone who has experience in the OSHC environment. Skills and Experience: * Hold a relevant qualification in the children’s services sector. * Experience in the OSHC environment. * Ability to provide support to teams across multiple sites. * Experience in mentoring and coaching Educators. * Ability to assist with inductions. * Current Working with Vulnerable People registration. * Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
