Hey everyone! We are seeking an experienced Mobile Apps Development Team Lead to manage and guide a dynamic team of developers specializing in Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, and iOS. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise across these platforms, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive high-quality mobile application development. Location: Gurgaon Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 8 years in mobile app development, with at least 2 years in team leadership positions. Key responsibilities include: • Leading a team of developers to design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliverables. • Developing and maintaining technical roadmaps for the development team. • Mentoring junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge. • Ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile app development. • Participating in code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards. • Providing technical guidance and support to team members. • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues during the development process. • Developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets. • Coordinating with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables meet their expectations. • Maintaining accurate records of project progress, milestones, and issues. • Participating in regular team meetings to discuss project status, goals, and objectives. • Collaborating with other teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed. • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors. • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. • Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
