- Managing mobile sales representatives.
- Work in a hybrid model (office work + fieldwork).
- Active participation in meetings with customers, identifying areas for improvement and providing practical tips.
- Supporting and developing team members through ongoing coaching.
- Executing and monitoring the achievement of sales targets.
- Caring about the quality and timeliness of contact between sales representatives and clients.
- Implementing solutions and processes that increase project efficiency.
- Regular reporting of results to superiors.
