MLS Technical Delivery Manager

The ideal candidate for this role, 'Machine Learning Suite (MLS) Technical Delivery Manager' is essentially the project lead who makes sure that the company successfully implements and maintains the Machine Learning Suite system. This person is the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. They also coordinate with vendors and ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and according to enterprise security and compliance standards.

• Support end-to-end Project/System implementation of Machine Learning Suite (MLS).
  
• Ensure solution designs comply with enterprise design principles, security policies, and control standards.
  
• Translate business requirements into detailed design documents and system documentation, capturing key design decisions.
  
• Conduct data mapping and process mapping for interfacing applications.
  
• Develop and maintain technical documents for delivered solutions.
  
• Perform root cause analysis, review code (new and existing), and carry out unit testing to ensure system quality.
  
• Collaborate with Test Management teams to plan and execute SIT/UAT successfully.
  
• Manage project change requests, approvals, and deployment schedules.
  
• Provide technical and testing support during pre- and post-production deployment.
  
• Coordinate and manage external vendors to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
  

• Proven experience in end-to-end system implementation projects for Machine Learning Suite (MLS).
  
• Strong ability to drive project deliverables, track timelines, escalate issues, and ensure accountability across teams.
  
• Expertise in Project Management, Financial Management, Application Management, Risk & Issue Management, Change Management, and Resource Management.
  
• Hands-on experience in application architecture, development, system integration, and software design.
  
• Proficient in Production Support Management, including Incident Management and Problem Management.
  
• Knowledge of networking, firewalls, data migration, password encryption, SSO integration, and disaster recovery planning/testing.
