MLOps / Machine Learning Engineer Senior

From Workana, we are accompanying the search for a MLOps / Machine Learning Engineer Senior for a fintech company in full regional expansion.
The role is oriented towards profiles with strong focus on operation, scalability and governance of Machine Learning models in production, working in critical business environments such as risk, fraud and portfolio management. The position offers the opportunity to be a key piece in the ML infrastructure, collaborating closely with Data Science, Data Engineering, Risk and Product teams.

Requirements

• Education in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or related fields.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in MLOps or as Machine Learning Engineer.
• Advanced proficiency in Python.
• Solid experience with CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Practical experience with MLflow, Vertex AI or SageMaker.
• Knowledge in advanced model metrics, real-time monitoring and observability practices.

• Monitor drift, performance and stability of ML models in production.
• Manage deployment, versioning and governance of models.
• Automate retraining, scheduling and inference pipelines.
• Design and maintain feature stores for Data Science and Analytics teams.
• Document reproducibility processes, technical audit and model validation.
• E nsure a robust, resilient and scalable ML infrastructure.
• Collaborate with technical and business areas in the implementation of continuous improvements.

• Sytemic thinking with focus on reliability and scalability.
• Rigorous technical standards and high quality expectations.
• Preventive capacity and effective incident resolution in production.
• Able to align technical decisions with business objectives.
