We are currently looking for a Junior Specialist/ Specialist for Payroll to join our BPO department in Warsaw (hybrid work - 1 day a week at the office).
The task of the person employed on this position will be to serve customers, specifically:
- Paying salaries and preparing payrolls
- Preparing settlement documents and notifications in Paymaster
- Paying holidays, settling absences
- Serving civil-law contracts
- Familiarity with rules for hiring foreigners
- Collaboration with external institutions
- Preparing documentation for ZUS, GUS, US
- Evidence and settlement of employee working time
