Job description

For our client, as part of professional activation, we are looking for candidates with a disability assessment, for the position of Junior Specialist/Junior Specialist for Patient Care - Warsaw, Prague.

What will be part of your tasks?

Phone, email, and direct patient care
Booking appointments at locations and outside of them,
Archiving and monitoring electronic medical documentation,
Patient care, including cash register, terminal, and issuing invoices
Resolving unusual cases with empathy and engagement.

We expect:

A current disability assessment

Experience in customer service or sales,
Independence and good work organization,
Knowledge of English language at a communicative level (min. B1)

We offer:

Employment contract (full-time),
Work from Monday to Friday from 8:00-20:00 (shifts),
