Your responsibilities

• You establish and build relationships with clients based on the highest standards of Bank Millennium
• You create needs in clients by offering them tailored solutions that simplify daily life
• You actively reach out to clients, inviting them to the world of digital banking and showing them how we can make their lives easier

Our requirements

• Ease in building relationships and communication skills
• Energy, courage, and perseverance in pursuing goals, we are looking for people who like to act and are open to challenges
• Positive attitude - if you don't have initial experience in customer service, we will help you take your first steps
• Your experience in customer service will be valuable to us
• Minimum secondary education – this is our standard
• Readiness to work in shifts, sometimes on Saturdays and commercial Sundays
