Job Description

The challenges that await you:

• execution of recruitment processes for line, operational, and specialist positions,

• drafting job advertisements, screening incoming applications, conducting phone and in-person interviews with candidates, presenting candidate recommendations,

• close cooperation with the operational department,

• managing the recruitment system and candidate database,

• reporting on the progress of recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• availability for full-time employment,

• experience in the HR industry (mass recruitment experience is a plus),

• knowledge of English (minimum B2 level is a plus),

• ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously,

• developed interpersonal skills,

• commitment and good time management skills,

• very good knowledge of MS Office.
