Junior Specialist in Order Coordination (k/m)

• Care and processing of emergency reports resulting from SLA through email and telephone inquiries to cooperating entities with the Center for Service Management and Network Monitoring Department;
• Creating and maintaining departmental procedures;
• Email communication support for the Center for Service Management (CZU.SL) and Network Monitoring Department (NNOC_OTR);
• Optimization and development of tools supporting work;
• Contact with B2B Netii Client to verify service operation after network failure/massive failure resolution;
• Processing reports related to network infrastructure;
• Prior preparation and conduct of internal training sessions in the Department.

• Min. secondary education;
• Familiarity with MS Office and Office365 (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Familiarity with business clients' technologies and services;
• Able to independently resolve problems;
• Knowledge of English enabling free communication in speech and writing.

Mile widziana:

• Familiarity with applications supporting work in O365, such as Power Automate, Planner, SharePoint;
• Familiarity with Clarify CRM program.

• Employment based on a labor agreement for substitute work, in a hybrid work model (office in Katowice, ul. Konduktorska 33);
• Work in an 8-hour system, with shift changes on business days (7:00-15:00, 8:00-16:00, 9:00-17:00, 11:00-19:00), without night work;
