Young Machine Operator

We are looking for individuals for our client producing electronics in Tczew, Poland:

YOUNG MACHINE OPERATOR

location: Tczew (free public transportation to the workplace)

scheduling system: 3-shift and 4-crew

remuneration: basic salary + attractive bonuses: frequency-based - PLN 280/brutto, effectiveness-based - up to PLN 180/brutto + a 20% night shift bonus

employment: temporary employment contract with the perspective of long-term employment

Duties:

• maintenance and monitoring of machines,
• performing basic machine inspections,
• quality control of produced components,
• cooperation with process technicians and inspectors in the production process.

Requirements:

• willingness to take up work in a shift system,
• ability to read technical drawings,
• computer skills,
• measurement equipment operation skills,
• desirable experience on a similar position
