Your main task will be to monitor delivery timeliness, work with carriers to improve service quality and resolve ongoing operational challenges.

This role combines analytical and operational work – you will analyze data, settle accounts with carriers for quality and costs, and actively cooperate with the central office, operational departments, and sales. As a result, your actions will have a direct impact on transportation efficiency and our customers' experience.

Your scope of responsibilities

• Monitoring the execution of transportation orders in the B2B industry in the CEE region

• Cooperation with logistics partners regarding service quality, delivery timeliness, escalation of delays, and corrective plans

• Data analysis and settlement of transportation contracts

• Searching for, analyzing, and implementing new transportation improvements on selected markets

• Tight cooperation with the central office, sales departments, and operations, including handling inquiries and complaints regarding transportation
