Junior Sales Team Manager (new team)

Your responsibilities

• Building a new sales team - recruitment and onboarding of Advisors;
• Development of a sales branch offering life, individual, and group insurance, as well as property insurance;
• Supporting the team in carrying out daily tasks;
• Building a positive company image in the market through building relationships with clients and organizations;
• Real impact on the creation and implementation of the Branch's action strategy.

• Highly developed interpersonal skills;
• Enthusiasm and willingness to work with other people;
• Active recruitment of new Advisors;
• An idea for yourself and the development of your Team;
• Sales experience.

• To start, a guaranteed fixed salary of 8000 (independent of sales) and a commission system. The candidate's entry threshold into the program is active recruitment;
