Your responsibilities

• Building a new sales team - recruiting and onboarding Advisors;
• Developing a sales branch offering life insurance, individual and group, as well as property insurance;
• Supporting the team in performing daily tasks;
• Building a positive company image in the market through building relationships with clients and organizations;
• Real influence on creating and implementing the Branch's action strategies.

Our requirements

• Highly developed interpersonal skills;
• Enthusiasm and willingness to work with other people;
• Active recruitment of new Advisors;
• An idea for yourself and the development of your Team;
• Sales experience.

• To start, a guaranteed fixed salary of 8000 (independent of sales) and a commission system. The Candidate's entry threshold to the program is active recruitment;
