Main tasks:
• Preparation: calculations, control documents, and information about production;
• Negotiation of prices with partners;
• Estimation and control: costs, delivery terms;
• Preparation of technical documentation (completion of drawings, technical notes for suppliers);
• Control of drawings, feasibility analysis, and specifications;
• Searching for new suppliers / Communication with suppliers;
• Providing guidance on Production / supporting suppliers;
• Planning quality;
• Handling complaints;
• Outsourcing: transports, quality control, production orders.

Expected qualifications:
• Knowledge of technical drawing;
• Knowledge of welding industry and material processing process – desirable;
• Knowledge of German language;
• Resistance to stress and ability to work under time pressure;
• High analytical skills, accuracy, and very good work organization;
• Ability to plan, predict, and make decisions;
• Ability to negotiate, handle conflicts;
• Experience in work in the scope of organization and economy of a company;
• Very good knowledge of computer operation (e.g. MS Office).
