Junior Construction Engineer - Site Manager Assistant

Workplace: Gdańsk

Your responsibilities

• coordination of construction crews and subcontractors on single-family home construction sites
• organization of material deliveries and monitoring of the work schedule
• quality control of works and partial acceptance, together with the site manager
• maintaining construction documentation (photos, notes, summaries, protocols)
• contact with suppliers and ongoing problem-solving on the construction site
• over time, independent management of selected construction sites

Our requirements

• higher education in construction (B.Eng. or M.Eng., major in civil engineering)
• minimum one year of construction site experience (site manager assistant, construction engineer, foreman, or work in a construction company). Real field work counts, not just student internships
• ability to read design documentation
• independence, diligence, and good work organization
• Category B driving license

Nice to have

• experience in single-family home construction
• started practical training for construction permits
