TOPAZ currently comprises over one hundred and thirty outlets (company-owned and franchised stores) in four voivodeships in eastern and central Poland. We are currently looking for a person for the position of Junior Store Manager Assistant / Store Manager Assistant for our TOPAZ store in Warsaw, Grójecka 70 street (Ochota).

Your main tasks will include:

• cooperation with the store management team in monitoring current service and quality standards
• cash register operation
• ensuring proper product display
• support in tasks related to orders and shift management
• participation in inventory counts

We expect from you:

• experience in a similar position and/or knowledge of the specifics of retail trade in the grocery industry
• motivation to work and a results-oriented attitude
• responsibility and availability
• good interpersonal skills
• up-to-date health and epidemiological research (or willingness to promptly complete them)
