Junior B2B Sales Specialist with French Language

Your responsibilities

Do you want to start a career in international B2B sales and work with clients from all over Europe?

We are looking for a person with very good knowledge of the French language who wants to develop in modern sales, gain practical experience, and learn from experienced specialists.

This role is for you if:

- you want to build a career in international B2B sales and develop in this direction;

- you are not afraid of customer contact (phone, meetings);

- you are systematic and can maintain regular activity;

- you take responsibility for your actions;

- you learn quickly and implement feedback in practice.

Your responsibilities

- actively acquire new B2B clients in the European market through phone contact (min 30 calls per day);

- conduct sales conversations and present the solutions offered by the company;

- manage sales processes with long decision-making cycles;

- build and develop long-term business relationships;

- achieve sales targets and KPIs;

- prepare reports and summaries;

- cooperate with other company departments in project execution.

Our requirements

- French language at least B2 (business communication in development);

- willingness to work in outbound mode and have phone contact with clients;

- motivation to develop in B2B sales in international markets;

- good work organization and systematic approach;

- communication skills and ease in building relationships;

- resilience to rejection and a positive attitude towards working with targets;

- good knowledge of MS Office suite.

• first experience in customer service / recruitment / sales / customer work will be a big asset;
• experience in an international environment;
• communicative knowledge of Polish / Ukrainian / Russian / English
