Junior Specialist in Administration

For our Client, a developing manufacturing company operating in an international environment, we are looking for a person for the sales department for the position of Junior Specialist in Administration.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who want to start or develop their careers in the areas of logistics, supply chain, purchasing, and production planning, gaining practical experience in the commercial and operational processes of the organization.

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Operation of the sales system and ongoing data management

  • Creation and handling of orders in the system covering purchasing, sales, and planning processes

  • Entry, updating, and verification of data in systems

  • Support for processes related to purchasing, logistics, supply chain, and production planning

  • Execution of current administrative purchases

  • Preparation of summaries, reports, and analyses for the sales department

  • Administration and supervision of the flow of contracts and sales documentation

  • Cooperation with production, logistics, finance departments, and other areas of the organization

  • Ongoing administrative support for the sales team

Requirements:

  • Minimum secondary education; higher education or ongoing studies, especially in fields related to logistics, management, economics, trade, or supply chain, is a plus

  • Interest in professional development in the area of logistics, supply chain, purchasing, or production planning

  • Good work organization, accuracy, and responsibility

  • Ability to work with data and documentation

  • Good knowledge of the MS Office suite, especially Excel

  • Communicativeness and ability to cooperate with various stakeholders

  • Professional experience or internship in the area of logistics, purchasing, planning, or sales support is a plus

  • Communicative knowledge of the English language
