Junior Specialist / Specialist / Senior Specialist in Investment Preparation (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• comprehensive preparation and execution of investment tasks, including, among others, preparing cost estimates for design elaborations, preparing materials for designer selection and participating in the designer selection process, supervising the proper course of contracts for design documentation, participating in the creation of annexes and agreements to contracts, obtaining necessary administrative decisions
• checking the correctness of materials prepared by designers for administrative decisions and design documentation
• preparing substantive documents for public procurement procedures, as well as participating in Tender Committees, in the process of selecting construction contractors
• participating in acquiring land for investments
• obtaining administrative decisions for tasks being executed and supervised
• conducting correspondence with internal and external entities
• organizing meetings necessary for the proper preparation of entrusted investment tasks for execution.
• participating in coordination meetings with Company units and external entities, including organizational units of the Capital City of Warsaw Municipality, councilors, and district residents

Our requirements

• at least secondary education (higher education preferred: sanitary engineering, environmental protection, construction)
• experience in managing investments related to the reconstruction and construction of water and sewage networks/systems preferred
• knowledge of the investment process regarding the preparation of design documentation and obtaining necessary administrative decisions and approvals during the design phase
• knowledge of the Building Law, Spatial Development Law, Public Procurement Law
• ability to work with technical documentation, read geodetic maps
• advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• communication and interpersonal skills
• declaration/certificate of no criminal record (legal basis: art. 6zh sec. 1 of the Act of April 26, 2007 on Crisis Management (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2026, item 574, as amended))
