ML & GenAI Solutions Scientist

Join the R&D team developing modern AI solutions We are looking for an ML & GenAI Solutions Scientist to join the R&D team developing innovative solutions based on machine learning and Generative AI for Comarch's international products. If you enjoy analyzing complex business problems, designing ML models, and developing solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), this role is for you. Position Profile Minimum 2 years of commercial experience in Data Science or Machine Learning Practical experience in designing, training, optimizing, and evaluating machine learning models Very good knowledge of Python, Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), and Feature Engineering Experience working with data analysis tools, relational databases, and distributed processing technologies (e.g., Apache Spark) Experience with model and metric monitoring and knowledge of tools such as Grafana or Prometheus English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level Nice to have Practical knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures Knowledge of Agile methodologies and AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) Experience in projects related to loyalty systems Your Tasks Analyzing business requirements and designing machine learning models that meet product needs Developing, optimizing, and evaluating ML models and supporting the team in designing new analytical solutions Preparing technical and research documentation for created models and AI solutions Participating in the design of solutions utilizing Generative AI, RAG architectures, and LLM-based agent systems (Agentic AI) Collaborating on the design of data processing solutions and applications operating in cloud environments Collaborating with the R&D team on migrating and developing new system architecture and implementing innovative AI solutions For You Private medical care at Allianz - access to specialists and diagnostic tests for you and your loved ones Cafeteria system - you can choose full co-financing for a Multisport card or allocate funds to culture, recreation, or sports and shopping The possibility of working in a hybrid model after the onboarding period (2 days remote work, 3 days office work) The possibility of using advanced AI tools and Google Workspace Cooperation with various competency teams, which will allow you to learn new technologies and expand your knowledge in the IT area Professional career development, real impact on business decisions
