The AVUS GmbH is a 1993 founded and nationwide represented service company in the field of medical-psychological diagnostics and officially recognized assessment center for driving fitness.

We work at 14 locations within Germany. We are looking for employees immediately for our branch office in Munich

Employees (w/m/d) for Customer Service and Office Management (Full-time 38.5 hours/week)

• are a competent point of contact for lawyers, therapists, and authorities
• like to informally and organizationally support our customers during and after the assessment term
• are willing to take over general administrative tasks
• like to competently process emails
• can imagine maintaining our master data

• can imagine taking over cash responsibility and accounting checks

We expect from you

• a completed vocational training as a specialist for office management or a comparable education
• also welcome are lateral entrants from non-professional fields with medical background (MTA, PTA, nurse, doctor's assistant, psychologists) and enthusiasm for new challenges
• independent, well-organized, and committed work
• very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• a developed customer and service orientation and joy in dealing with people
• joy in telephoning and supporting people in a difficult life situation
• safely handling Microsoft communication systems and data processing programs like Office and Outlook
• customer- and service-oriented work
• interest in long-term and stable cooperation
