To strengthen our team at the Vösendorf wholesale market, we are looking for a

Sales Administrator (m/f/d)
Full-time 38.5 hours per week, starting immediately

Your tasks:

• You will act as the interface between field sales, customers, and the wholesale market, serving as the administrative hub for the customer management team.
• With your strong service orientation, you will handle complaints and customer inquiries within the scope of internal guidelines.
• You will be responsible for maintaining customer master data, office organization, and preparing and following up on meetings.
• In close cooperation and coordination with the team, and through your strong networking within the wholesale market, you will create target-group-specific offers and calculations.
• As a passionate sales personality, you will provide telephone advice and support to customers in the hotel and gastronomy sector (HoReCa).
• With sales talent and empathy, you will skillfully identify your customers' needs and enthuse them about our diverse products and services.

Your qualifications:

• You have completed training in gastronomy and/or commercial fields.
• You are a dynamic sales personality with relevant professional experience in sales administration/telesales as well as in gastronomy/hotel business.
• You are communicative and dynamic, with an empathetic personality and a convincing and eloquent demeanor.
• You think and act in a structured, market- and customer-oriented manner.
• You have very good German language skills, and we welcome any additional foreign languages you speak.
• Very good MS Office skills, especially in using Excel, complete your profile.

Your salary package:

Your salary will depend on your qualifications and experience; we are happy to discuss the details in person. The collective agreement minimum wage for this full-time position is € 2,251 gross/month; an overpayment is possible depending on experience and qualifications.
