Your Area of Responsibility

* Consulting on study offerings - personally, by phone, and via email
* Organization of trade fair appearances and support for Open House
* Campus tours and lectures to students as a representative of the University Campus Wien
* Organization, planning, and implementation of school visits, events, and workshops in collaboration with department heads
* Ongoing development of prospective student marketing according to the target group
* Support for general event management
* Evaluation of marketing and event measures

Your Profile

* Completed commercial education on a matriculation level (HAK, HLW), university degree advantageous
* Experience in the education sector
* Very high communication skills in dealing with prospective students and teachers at schools
* Organizational talent with precise and swift working style
* Reliable and service-oriented in collaboration with internal interfaces
* Excellent MS Office knowledge (especially PowerPoint)
* High temporal flexibility, especially during peak work periods
* Willingness to travel on business

Our Framework Conditions

* Place of duty is at the Vienna 10 location
* Temporary employment contract in a workload of 30 weekly hours
* The position is temporarily filled due to a leave of absence until October 31, 2026
* Salary is based on the salary system of the University Campus Wien and depends on previous work experience. The minimum gross monthly salary is EUR 2,763.-- (full-time basis, 39 weekly hours) - the University Campus Wien is not subject to a collective agreement
* Start date possible immediately
