Employee Text & Communication (m/w/d) with a Sense of Themes and People

The Diakonie Rosenheim has been standing for value- and effect-oriented social work in all of Upper Bavaria for decades. From this tradition, we help around 2,600 employees to solve social problems and improve difficult life situations. Tasks

You develop texts as part of an overarching marketing and communication strategy. For this purpose, you research, write, and edit content for our internal and external communication – from newsletters and business reports to website texts, flyers, posters, and campaign materials.

Online news and social media posts also belong to your area of responsibility. You understand how to prepare content tailored to target groups and channels, and you convey complex social themes in a way that is understandable, credible, and up-to-date.

You also bring in ideas for campaigns and new communication formats and contribute to making our value- and effect-oriented social work visible and developing our brand further.

Qualification

• Completed degree in the humanities or social sciences
• Very good expression skills in German and joy in writing for different formats and target groups
• Passion for storytelling
• Editorial volunteer work - ideally in corporate communication - as well as relevant professional experience
• Experience in theme research and a good sense of relevant and story-worthy content
• Experience in planning and implementing communication or marketing campaigns
• Familiarity with image editing (e.g. Canva) and CMS systems (e.g. WordPress)
• Independent work and overarching thinking
• Structured and efficient working style
