The ivl – the IT service provider for Leverkusen and surrounding areas – is looking for motivated team players who enjoy supporting our customers on site and serving as a point of contact.

Tasks

• Counseling on the use possibilities of information and telecommunications devices and systems, including subsequent procurement
• Installation and configuration of devices and systems in the field of information and telecommunications technology
• Management of provider contracts and resulting accounting
• Installing network components and wireless transmission systems
• Setting up devices in the field of information and telecommunications technology, taking into account ergonomic aspects
• Maintenance and repair work on devices and systems in the field of information and telecommunications technology
• Using expert and diagnostic systems to locate and eliminate errors
• Instructing users on how to use the systems
• Billing/bookkeeping for service services

Qualification

• Vocational training as an IT system electronics technician or comparable training
• Independent, goal-oriented and result-oriented work style
• Flexibility and commitment
• Teamwork and stress tolerance
• Class B driver's license
