For our Marketing team at CON-iNG, we are looking for a Social Media & Content Creator (m/f/d) on a full-time basis.

And don't worry: You won't have to invent content about railway infrastructure from the office all day. We will also send you out to where the stories are created, such as to our construction sites, into our gastronomy, to events or trade fairs.

Your Mission with Us

• Develop content that captivates even tech-averse followers, and you don't shy away from including a (bad) train pun.
• For good content, you sometimes have to go out (of the office or out of your comfort zone). You will accompany our teams on construction sites, drop by our gastronomy, be present at events and promotions, and produce photos, videos, Reels, and Stories right where they happen.
• You will develop exciting formats, engage with campaigns, and plan ideas for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, thinking about how we can further expand reach, interaction, and community.
• Storytelling instead of 08/15 posts: You find stories where others might only see a construction site, a workday, or a plate of pasta – and turn them into content that people enjoy watching.
• You delve into the success of our content, analyze what works and what doesn't, draw learnings from it, and continuously evolve our content.
• The digital world moves fast, and so does everything around AI. You stay up-to-date, simply try out new things, and know which tool makes your life easier and when. Because for you, AI is not a future topic, but has long been part of your toolkit.

What You Bring With You

• Completed vocational training or a degree in communication, media, journalism, or marketing, or relevant practical experience in the social media/content field.
• Enthusiasm for communication, social media, employer branding, and the desire to delve into rather unusual topics like railway infrastructure.
• First professional experience or in-depth knowledge in content creation and social media, whether from studies, a job, self-employment, or personal projects.
• A good feel for photo, video, Reels, and storytelling.
• Experience or talent in writing, not just with ChatGPT, but especially with your own voice and creativity.
• A digital mindset, quick comprehension, and the desire to try out new tools, trends, and formats.
• Team spirit and enjoyment in contributing your own ideas and just getting started.
• Basic knowledge of graphics and image editing tools and the motivation to develop further in this area.
• And most importantly: You enjoy being on the go. Construction site boots instead of an office chair should be a pretty good alternative for you, at least occasionally.
