Aufgaben

• Technical preparation and configuration of our Smart-Home and IoT devices before shipping
• Gathering and checking information about the living spaces
• Assignment, setup, and connection of devices in the system
• Ensuring that all devices are fully set up and ready for use
• Remote support for our installation partners and customers with questions about assembly and commissioning
• Tight cooperation with our development and support team to continuously improve our processes

Qualifikation

• A meticulous, reliable, and self-responsible working style
• Interest in technology, as well as Smart Home and IoT
• Good German and English skills
• Ideal knowledge of basic electrical engineering, IT, or network technology – or the motivation to get involved in these topics
• Pleasure in solving technical challenges and supporting customers with questions
