The Riding and Experience Farm Gross Briesen lies idyllically in the Nature Park Hoher Fläming – only an hour from Berlin. We offer our guests unforgettable stays around horse riding, nature experiences, and relaxation. For our front office, we are looking for a team member who manages bookings strategically, analyzes inquiries, develops attractive offers, and optimizes our house through clever package design. Tasks

• Acceptance, processing, and strategic management of Reservations (phone, email, online booking system)
• Analyze inquiries and booking trends: Which packages are running well? Where is there room for optimization?
• Development and adaptation of Offers, Arrangements, and Packages, to increase occupancy and guest satisfaction
• Closely cooperate with management to market new offers
• Creation of booking confirmations, offers, and invoices
• Maintenance of guest data, booking systems, and administrative documents
• General organizational tasks in the front office
• Optional: Upselling additional services (e.g. rides, wellness, events)

Qualification

• Experience in the field of Reservations, Offer Management, Hotel Industry, Tourism, or Marketing desirable
• Very good German language skills
• Analytical thinking and a good sense for target groups & demand
• Friendly, approachable demeanor and clear communication
• Structured, reliable, and service-oriented work style
• Teamwork and stress tolerance in lively situations
• Horse riding experience is not required – but welcome
