For the Department of Old-Age Provision, Insurance and Pension, we are looking for several employees to fill positions at the earliest possible time to work in our Riester-Rent department in Berlin. The tasks will include, among other things: * Processing pension applications and providing information to customers; * Conducting interviews with applicants and assessing their eligibility for a Riester-Rent pension; * Maintaining accurate records of all pension applications and processing times; * Collaborating with colleagues from other departments to resolve any issues that may arise during the application process. The ideal candidate will have: * A degree in law, economics or a related field; * At least 2 years of experience in a similar role; * Excellent communication skills; * Ability to work independently and as part of a team; * Proficiency in MS Office applications.
