To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Employee for Quality Management in Transport Logistics.

• Completed vocational training with a focus on quality management, logistics, supply chain management, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in quality management within a transport, logistics, or distribution company
• Experience in a GDP-regulated environment is an advantage
• Very good understanding of logistics processes and transport processes
• Experience in audit management as well as handling deviations, CAPA, and risk analyses
• Structured, accurate, and independent way of working
• Strong communication and team skills
• High degree of initiative and hands-on mentality
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing

• Completed commercial or technical training, ideally with a focus on quality management, process management, logistics, supply chain management, or IT
• Initial professional experience in quality or process management is an advantage – we are explicitly also addressing motivated career starters
• Ideally, initial experience in the pharmaceutical sector or interest in a regulated environment (GDP)
• High affinity for IT as well as interest in digitalization and process automation
• Initial knowledge in process modeling is an advantage
• Structured, accurate, and independent way of working
• Analytical thinking skills as well as a high willingness to learn (regulations, AI, etc.)
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of active hands-on contribution

The salary starts from € 3,500.-- gross per month (KV-Handel, full-time), whereby we strive to adjust your salary to your profile and qualifications, therefore there is a willingness to overpay.
