Your tasks will include: - Reception and check-in/check-out of guests - Handling of guest requests and complaints - Processing of payments and handling of cash register - Maintaining cleanliness and order in the hotel's public areas - Supporting colleagues in their daily tasks - Participating in internal training sessions to improve your skills and knowledge.
