To continue growing and creating new, creative solutions for child entertainment, we're looking for you as Employee (m/w/d) Sales & Marketing, Focus on Marketing & Sales Support in part-time. In a small, well-coordinated team, you'll work on varied projects where quality and plenty of fun are top priority.

The OrgaControl GmbH is one of the leading manufacturers of individually produced, interactive Edutainment game systems for children in commercial environments. Our solutions are used worldwide in areas such as Health Care, Retail, Shopping, Gastronomy, and Hospitality.

We develop hardware and software, produce in-house, and distribute our game systems internationally. A focus is on individual design and production of customer-specific solutions – our products are in use in over 30 countries. The emphasis is on high quality standards, intuitive operation, pedagogical responsibility – and the fun of enabling children to have special gaming experiences.

Tasks

Your tasks

Marketing (Focus):

• Planning, implementation, and optimization of marketing campaigns (Online & Offline)
• Optimization and expansion of Google Ads and others
• Creation, maintenance, and further development of marketing materials such as presentations, brochures, or case studies
• Maintenance and further development of online content, including support for content marketing like newsletters and social media
• Participation in planning and organization of trade shows
• Analysis of marketing key figures (e.g. leads, conversion rates) and derivation of optimization measures

Sales Support:

• Qualification and pre-processing of leads in close cooperation with sales
• Preliminary preparation of offer structures and presentations for customer meetings
• Creation of evaluations and reports for the sales team (e.g. pipeline reports, forecasts)
• Interface between marketing, sales, and possibly external service providers

Qualification

Your profile

Must-have

• Completed vocational training with a focus on marketing, communication, business administration, or comparable
• First professional experience in marketing, sales support, or sales from an advantage
• Familiarity with Office and experience with CRM systems desirable
• Understanding of online marketing and social media
• Structured and reliable work style
• High attention to detail and orientation towards the implementation of marketing concepts
• Teamwork ability and willingness to work closely with colleagues from various departments
