Employee (m/f/d) Accounting and Controlling in Real Estate

Responsibilities

• Recording of current business transactions (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger accounts)
• Account reconciliations and participation in monthly and annual financial statements
• Processing of payment transactions and dunning procedures
• Preparation of VAT advance returns and relevant reports
• Creation of internal evaluations and statistics
• Maintenance of master data and documentation of accounting processes
• Contribution to the continuous development of internal processes

Qualifications

• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or a business administration degree, ideally with additional qualifications (e.g., Financial Accountant)
• Professional experience in accounting desirable
• Confident use of accounting and ERP systems (e.g., DATEV)
• Careful, structured, and reliable way of working
• Enjoyment of numbers and a high sense of responsibility
