Responsibilities

• You create an environment where our customers can find their way around easily, enjoy shopping, and communicate with professionals on an equal footing.
• You ensure compliance with the stipulated internal and legal QA and ASIB guidelines.
• In addition to ensuring freshness and product presentation, you are responsible for correct labeling.
• You guarantee the constant availability of our products and conduct regular inventory counts.
• You professionally receive and appropriately forward complaints.
• You scan goods at the checkout.
• You process payments efficiently and reconcile the cash register correctly.
• You manage the switchboard as well as information and brochure areas.
• You accept empties and returns.

Requirements

• You have completed training in the food industry (cook, baker, retail, etc.).
• You enjoy providing our customers with a great shopping experience.
• You communicate flawlessly in German.
• You are characterized by your extremely reliable and efficient working method.
• You are a team player who is enthusiastic about new challenges.
• You are proficient in using MS Office.
• Ideally, you have already completed forklift and/or pallet jack training (SUVA norm).
