Employee Operations and Building Maintenance For our Stadtpark Residence in Uster, we are looking for an Employee for Operations and Building Maintenance (100%) immediately or by appointment. The Stadtpark Residence is a residence of the Atlas Foundation. It was built according to plans by EM2N. The residence is located in the middle of Uster, directly next to the city park. It has 81 apartments and a nursing department with 24 single rooms. Your responsibilities Special cleaning in cooperation with the Head of Operations and Building Maintenance Participation in the daily business of the Technology & Security department Professional operation and maintenance of equipment and materials Ensuring hygiene and cost-effectiveness of the department Compliance with all valid work guidelines and processes We offer you Interesting and dynamic field of activity Lively collaboration in an interdisciplinary team Modern employment conditions Centrally located, attractive workplace You bring with you Training as an electrical installer, operational mechanic, skilled worker for operations maintenance EFZ or similar Proven professional experience in a comparable function in a high-end, hotel-like operation Sound (building) technology and IT knowledge You are resilient and work reliably and independently as a technical all-rounder.
