Tasks

You will support the execution of marketing tasks, which may include:

• CRM Software & other online tools: Usage optimization, management, task automation
• Online Shops (Shopify): Content support, special promotions, creating new items
• Newsletters: Content creation, composing emails, setting up automations
• Website (Wordpress): Maintenance, design and/or optimization of our online presence
• Social Networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.): Planning, creating, and publishing engaging content on our social media platforms.
• Print Media: Keeping catalogs up-to-date, designing advertising materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, etc.)
• Video editing

Qualifications

• Successfully completed vocational training, ideally in marketing, or a completed degree in communication or media
• Experience with CRM software, mailing, task or workflow automation (including between web applications) is an advantage
• A knack for digital applications
• Very good German (written and spoken) and good English
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Confident use of common office applications
• Team player
• Structured, precise, and independent work style are among your strengths
