The Team The Operations- and Site Logistics is responsible for supplying materials to the instrument production at Red Cross. It also handles the loading of manufactured products for dispatch. For these tasks, the department is looking for motivated logisticians with the following profile. Main tasks include: - Participation in incoming goods, material handling, and dispatch - Acceptance and control of shipments and booking in SAP from incoming goods shipments - Unpacking and labeling materials into defined containers - Storing materials on the storage site - Supplying materials from the storage site to workstations - Distribution of materials to delivery points using forklifts/ speeders - Packaging and system-wide processing of deliveries and production orders - Commissioning according to pick list and loading according to load list of finished products - Sorting and assembling printed delivery notes and order papers - As needed, participation or assistance in other tasks in Operations- and Site Logistics We expect: Must Haves: - Completed training as a logistics technician EFZ - At least 2 years of professional experience in the production logistics field - Office and SAP knowledge, knowledge of logistics systems like automated warehouse technology is an advantage - Very good German language skills in writing and speaking (B2), English language skills are an advantage - Forklift license - Good communication skills with internal customers and suppliers - Experience in handling adjacent interfaces Nice to haves: - Basic training in the area of Lean such as White / Yellow Belt in Lean Six Sigma - Handling hazardous goods and refrigerated goods - Networked thinking regarding goal conflict between process quality while meeting all safety guidelines, compliance regulations, and industry standards - Recognizing problems and independently developing and implementing a sustainable solution by applying Lean methods (KVPs) We offer: - Modern company - Attractive employment conditions - Opportunity for an extension of the one-year temporary assignment - Timeless social benefits - Motivated team - Professional care before, during, and after deployment [email protected] Industry: Other Function: Other
