At the earliest possible time, we are seeking an engaged and motivated employee for our customer center (m/w/d) in full-time or part-time (min. 30 hours/week).

Tasks

This is what you'll be doing:

• You will be the hub of our telephone and electronic customer communication
• You will support our customers around topics such as account management, payment transactions, and online banking, and advise them on services and products
• You will develop tailored and comprehensive solutions
• You will schedule customer meetings for our advisors and specialists
• You will actively accompany customers in using our digital offerings via the homepage or apps
• You will support your team in developing modern communication and sales channels

Qualification

This is what you bring to the role:

• a completed banking education or a comparable commercial education
• experience in customer consulting, sales, or customer service are desirable
• You are communicative, enjoy talking on the phone, and have fun interacting with people
• resilience, empathy, and solution-oriented thinking round out your profile
• You are willing to adapt your working hours within our service times
• You enjoy dealing with various IT applications, mobile devices, new technologies, and digital media
• Knowledge of the core banking system agree21 is an advantage, but not a must-have
