As a member of our customer support team with development perspective leadership 8, you will be responsible for: • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support, • Developing and implementing new processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency, • Collaborating with other departments to identify and address potential issues and opportunities, • Leading and mentoring a team of customer support specialists to achieve their full potential. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field, • At least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive).
