Tasks

• Processing of customer inquiries (Email / Instagram / TikTok DMs)
• Support with orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds
• Proactive communication regarding product releases, delays, or problems
• Interaction with the community and identifying current topics in the community

Qualification

• Mother tongue German
• Good English skills
• Affinity to Social Media
• First experience in Customer Support (ideally E-Commerce)
• Experience with Shopify (orders, refunds, customer profiles)
• Safe handling of customer inquiries (Email, possibly Social Media)
• Structured and solution-oriented working style
• High communication skills and clear, professional writing
• Independent and reliable working style
• Safe handling of digital tools
