Responsibilities

• Telephone support and assistance for customers with service inquiries in the automotive sector

• Processing and follow-up of complaints and grievances

• Close coordination with internal specialist departments for solution finding

• Documentation and maintenance of service and complaint cases

• Coordination and follow-up of open issues

• General commercial activities in the customer service area

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, claims management, inside sales, or similar areas

• Ideally, professional background from the automotive, dealership, or technical environment

• Strong communication skills and a friendly and confident demeanor

• Resilience and professional handling of difficult customer conversations

• Basic technical understanding is an advantage

• Proficient in MS Office

• Team spirit and a high degree of service orientation
