• Independent operation of the electric pallet truck and pallet jack in the goods receiving area (possession of a forklift license)
• Various tidying and cleaning tasks in accordance with HACCP hygiene guidelines and cleaning and distribution of dishes and cutlery
• Supplying the kitchen production with raw materials
• Adherence to GMZ quality standards and guidelines
• Management of the goods warehouse
• Assistance with the acceptance of goods deliveries and checking of shipments
• Various mise en place tasks as well as assistance with kitchen duties
